1. How do our toe separator socks work?
Our toe separator socks are designed to gently separate and space your toes, giving them room to spread out comfortably. They are designed to be worn while relaxing on the couch, in bed, or during low-impact activities like yoga and pilates.
2. Can I wear them while sleeping?
Absolutely! Our socks are great for wearing while you sleep. Simply put them on before bed and wear them while you rest. The super soft cotton blend makes them comfortable enough for extended wear. They make a great couch companion too.
3. Can I walk in the socks?
Our socks are not designed for walking. You can walk short distances in them, but they work best when there is little to no pressure on your feet, sitting, lying down, or sleeping.
4. How long should I wear them?
There is no fixed rule. It depends on what feels comfortable for you. We recommend starting with shorter sessions (around 15 minutes) and gradually building up wear time as your feet adjust to the feel of the toe separation. Listen to your body and wear them for as long as feels comfortable.
5. How do I care for my socks?
To keep your socks in great condition:
- Machine wash in cold water with like colours.
- Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.
- Air dry recommended; tumble dry on low if needed.
- Do not iron or dry clean.
6. The socks feel a little unusual. Is that normal?
Yes, the toe separation can take some getting used to, especially if you are new to this style of sock. If it feels uncomfortable, try wearing them for shorter periods and gradually increase wear time over a few days. If discomfort continues, we recommend discontinuing use and speaking with a healthcare professional before continuing.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@solesmile.com.au. Returns are sent to: 3/3 Matisi Street, Thornbury VIC 3071. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
