1. How do alignment socks provide relief?

2. Can I wear alignment socks while sleeping?

Absolutely! Alignment socks are perfect for wearing while you sleep. Simply put them on before bed and let them work their magic while you relax. The super soft and comfortable materials of our alignment socks make them the perfect couch companion as well, allowing you to unwind and enjoy their pain-relieving benefits.

3. Can I walk in the socks?

Our socks are not designed for walking. You can walk in them for short distances, they are most effective when you have little to no pressure on them. Sitting, lying down and sleeping. 

4. How long should I wear alignment socks for maximum benefit?

The length of time you wear alignment socks can vary depending on your personal preference and needs. Some people find relief by wearing them for just a few minutes each day, while others prefer to wear them for longer periods. It's best to start with shorter durations and gradually increase the time as your feet adjust to the alignment socks. Listen to your body and wear them for as long as feels comfortable and beneficial to you.

5. How do I care for my alignment socks?

To ensure the longevity of your alignment socks, we recommend following these care instructions:

  • Machine wash them in cold water with like colours.
  • Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
  • Tumble dry air dry. For best results air dry is recommended.
  • Do not ironing or dry clean.

By following these simple care instructions, you can keep your alignment socks in great condition for continued use and maximum benefit.

 

6. What should I do if my feet hurt after I put the socks on?

The alignment action of the socks could be uncomfortable for a while. If you're experience any pain, only wear the socks for shorter periods of time and if after a week or two the pain persists you may need to consider our 'super soft' alignment sock. These are specifically designed for a softer and more subtle stretch. Always seek professional medical advice prior to wearing our socks if you suffer from any foot related medical conditions.

Refund Policy

Here at SoleSmile, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send them. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
